Is it possible to make optional chores that my kids can choose to do for extra S'mores?

Yes, one way to do this is to create unassigned chores. Any child can choose to do an unassigned chore for extra S'mores. 

1. From the Chores tab, tap the + icon.

2. Start creating the chore. Under "Assign," uncheck all of your kids. This will allow the chore to be unassigned and open to any one who wishes to complete it. 

3. We suggest setting the "Occurrence" to weekly or daily, if you wish it be an open ended chore. Do not select an end date. 

4. Tap Save. 

When a child goes to complete an unassigned chore, they will see their options on the Home tab under "Pick from the List." Any one of the chores under this section can be selected by any child.
